I got lucky and found my X-Maxx 8S at my local pawn shop. Pretty much brand new! The truck is a beast. Can handle pretty much anything you put in front of it!

Not one person commented on why the new tire blew/split. It was because of abuse, plain and simple. When he crashed at the end of the "pond", he kept trying to flip it over by nailing the throttle and/or reset button. It was laziness, and he knows it when it didn't right itself after a few tries. The diff puts all the RPMs on one side of the vehicle and the tire isn't designed for that super high RPM with no load. Look at how tall and thin the tire gets when he gives full throttle when one side is on the ground under load and the loose side just spins out of control. Therefore, tire blows apart. He's lucky the diff or trans didn't get damaged doing that method. But maybe it did. Nice car though.

Need to drill a few small holes in the stock tires so they don't explode when water gets in

If you drill 4 really tiny holes in the tire it won’t break because they water will escape through those holes and it will also not off set the balance of the tire

I got an used X-maxx for a cheap price and it run well, unfortunately, the Vxl-8S got shorted and it nearly killed one of my battery after I played on the beach, now it run on 6s with training mode to extend esc life.Also thank for your video because you made me buy a x-maxx :3
