Shame on CAS for giving a 15 year old a band that is harsher than any adult had received for the same exact medication. An American swimmer with the same medication only received a 6-month ban. A 15-month-old swimmer with two other medications on two different tests only received a verbal reprimand. The most talented skater in his history and they are tarnishing her reputation. They should blame her coaches and not her as in Russia things are different and students are under the complete control of their coaches

I feel so bad for her, a tennis player too had to be disqualified for this… but i still think it is unfair and i think they should give Kamila another chance. She doesn’t deserve this.

I think thay valieva didn’t deserve this, her coaches and people were the ones who did this I think they should ban the coaches who did this not valieva, cause valieva could probably skate without the med they be giving her I think it’s cruel that she has a 4 year suspension in figure skating, she trains so hard for this to just get thrown out like a little doll 😢

The worst part is after they missed the podium they missed out on all the endorsements* that usually come from it. A medal now is too little too late but better than never for history's sake.

Why they only banned the minor, Kanila Valieva, what about the adults around her: her Coach and the team? Imagine a coach was cleared playing innocent when in fact she knew what happened. They ruined this child reputation and name
