I'm still surprised San Hill is completely absent from the scene in the movie (obvs he still dies here) but his CG model is seen in other scenes, namely Utapau. Just something that's a little odd

You're wrong. Scenes are usually cut because they either ruin pacing, or, what I believe happened here, is that there was already a scene conveying the same information, in fact it's repeated already twice, first being, when he slaughtered the younglings. If you look at the bloated runtime, the audio, (music) The scenes were developing quicky in the third act, culminating in the explosive ending. It's very easy to see this especially if you know anything about movie making, besides common knowledge. ( Even though this kinda is.)

Next time when u hypothesize about a deleted scene, maybe first do ACTUAL research about the scene and why it was cut.
