And Selee does not need speed, u can get 121-122 for 1 more stack on her Lightcone but is still fine without it
Her skill buff her speed perma almost so Selee has 143 speed all the fight anyway, with that and bronya/sparkle and resurgence she still gets those 5-8 actions per cycle

I love her. I won 50/50 on her on my birthday and she still needs polishing (I'm f2p, no LC, and bad relics) but she carried me through Apocalyptic Shadow (I was so close to the last star 😭) and I also have Mono Quantum with Fu Xuan E1 and Sparkle with her LC

If you have Seele's signature lightcone then spd is the #1 stat to have to invest into besides crit rate/dmg. Firmament Frontline: Glamoth is currently the best planar set for her

Their Seele probably has low speed bc they run her with Hyperspeed Bronya/Sparkle (160+ speed)

115 is seele's base speed. She's the fastest character in the game at the time of recording. Feixiao is aparently faster but she's still in v3 rn.
