Dude just freestyles here after getting the news. Didn’t stutter, and pieced together a brilliant speech.

Reagan actually gave some good advice for today's political climate. I'm sure it was off the cuff and unrehearsed too. Whether you liked him or not, he did give an honest, intelligent appraisal of the situation.

I wasn’t born when Reagan was in office, but I love hearing his speeches. This advice could apply to our current political climate.

His words are just as appropriate today.

Very eloquently put. The sad thing and the ironic thing is that about nine years later he himself would be in the same position after being shot.

Never been a big fan of Reagan's, he is, however right about this. He made a great point and we should all follow it.

Ronnie died in 2004… if he could just see ALL the political violence that would happen over the next 20 years.. he’d be ashamed

I voted for George Wallace in 1968 and Ronald Reagan in 1980 and again in 1984.Wallace was shot by Arthur Bremer a member of the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society). It was a Communist front organization. That's quite a stretch to use democratic and be part of a communist group.
Ronald Reagan was shot by John Hinckley who's family was well acquainted with the Bush family.

And they call him stupid? That was careful, wise and timeless.

Reagan was one of the few President's that cared about our servicemen so y'all just back off with your hate.

as a white man i have a lot of black friends.more black than white.i have many black people in my family too.and i love all of them.that is the lacking free gift we all have LOVE it costs nothing to give, if everyone would focus more on loving each other this would be a greater country.and by the way i really miss afro, s and bellbottom, s.why is everybody backing up instead of going foward? work towards neing happy and helping anyone in need if you can.📭
