Very rarely does that happen to me, Most of the time its just the spinning stuff when you close your eyes.

For me it isn’t really like this. Don’t yk the worms when u run ur eyes too much? For me, that is basically all over for like 20 mins and then goes away. Then the headache comes. And the nausea and the hunger and the tiredness

I get migraines from anxiety! So this happens to me! But, there's a massive blur which makes it hard to see, read, and makes it look like people are floating around. It makes me nauseous with a pain in my head that can't be prevented by medicine.
