Squat 255kg + 220kg x 5, 272.5kg Deadlift x 8

Squat is getting really consistent in the 255kg + range (97% of current max), so that should take a step forward soon.... Bench wasn't too painful on my wrist injury, so I can start adding some weight to that as well, and deadlifts are looking fast for this amount of weight. Should all come together nicely for the British in October.

You're incredible, man.  Your lifts are sky high for your bodyweight, I assumed ur 90-95kg.  How many years have you been training and whats your bodyweight now?

Is there any place we can find information about your diet, training program, lifting information and so on.   Fellow lifter just trying to learn something from you.  Kind of hard since your channel is only you performing your lifts, no content on training principles or anything like that.  Would be nice though, I bet you have alot of knowledge to share.

tom please answer this, it's a form query. when you lock out on the deadlifts, do you think that you're hyperextending? I filmed myself recently and my form at lock out looks pretty similar to yours and I was concerned I was over exaggerating the lock out, any thoughts?
