Thanks! I'm not sure, I do very little deadlifting at the moment. It's so difficult for me to do both on the same day with my injury, if I do it leads to me having to skip a few sessions. I choose to just do squats instead as they need more work then my deadlift and are less taxing overall.

I do few sets of 5-8 on the empty bar and a tonne of stretching, but thought 50kg x 1 was boring enough without including all that as well!

I tried Highbar squats for a while and it felt a lot like it was affecting my deadlift in a negative way. Switched back to lowbar and it got better. Do you feel the same or am I just a little girl? Great performance btw!

6 plates is close!! what's your bodyweight? you seem to be close to a 3x bodyweight squat (no wraps)

how are you able to recover so quickly from heavy workouts?
