Thank you, there is very little info on element TVs and apparently this method worked to fix a stutter issue I was having with my screen. I think I changed a setting I wasn’t supposed to when I was tweaking the settings for my Xbox series x. The 4K settings are no joke but at least now my tv doesn’t crackle and blink like it’s about to break the screen itself.

My problem is I have a blank screen so I can't see the menu. Can you walk me through the menu selection? The TV turns on, but doesn't display anything. I've also heard that there is a factory reset menu with the element universal remote by pressing menu, pressing "0" 5 times and then selecting factory reset, but again I'm stuck with a blank screen and can't see what my selection is.

I have RED LINES on all the black parts of what ever I'm watching -- is that the T-COn board going bad or can a factory reset solve that without replacing the board?
