What if my element remote doesn’t work 😢? How do I do a hard reset?

I unpluged everything and waited still says no signal

The issue is my remote stopped working & none of the buttons except the volume down button.shows up but the sound is already all the way down and that's one part that I wanted to know where the factory reset ON THE TV IS!
ALL OF YOU GIVE INSTRUCTIONS THAT REQUIRE A WORKING REMOTE. . CAN'T YOU JUST SHOW US WHERE THE FACTORY RESET BUTTON IS ON THE TV! ?
THIS IS CRAZY ! NOT ONE VIDEO WILL SHOW IS WHERE THAT "LITTLE HOLE" IS!
THERE IS A KEY SHAPED HOLE ON THE BACK BUT I DON'T SEE ANYTHING BEHIND IT TO INSERT ANYTHING OR TURN ANYTHING.. OTHER THAN THAT I CAN'T FIND ANY HOLE!
UNDER THE AMBER COVER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TV NEXT TO THE LIGHT FOR ON & OFF THERE IS A "BUTTON " LOOKING THING BUT UNLESS I GET THE COVER OFF I CANT GET YO IT . .IM AFRAID TO TRY TO GET THE COVER OFF SINCE I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT THING IS ANYWAY OR IF IT WOULD HELP! I HAVE A PICTURE BUT NO SOUND AND NONE OF THE BUTTONS EXCEPT TO CHANGE THE CHANEL WILL WORK. SO WHAT IS YOUR ANSWER FOR THIS PROBLEM?
IM AFRAID TO UNPLUG IT BECAUSE THE ON OFF BUTTON is not working!
I unplugged it earlier but not sure I waited a minute, I pushed the on/ off button for 15 sec ...no response ....
I pushed the on/, off button and the volume down button at the same time for 15 sec ...no response...
ALL of these were suggestions from other people that said they could reset the TV ...so far NOTHING
JUST WANT MY SOUND BACK ON!
AND BOTTOM OF TV BUTTONS TO WORK AGAIN...that's why I want to know WHERE THE RESET HOLE on the TV IS !!
DOES ANYONE KNOW?

No it didn't help me at all because I don't know where any of those buttons can be found!
