No it's just because Nagato used his remaining chakra or life force to perform Rinne Rebirth. If he had used Rinne Rebirth at his full power he'd have probably survived although he'd be very exhausted.

The real reson is obito was once the ten tails jinchuriki so he has small amount chakra in after extraction so he used rinne rebirth jutsu he no died he not get up .

That’s a lie because negato is an uzumaki and Uzumaki’s have a really long life force and life span they live longer than others and negato died because he resurrected not one but almost all of the victims of his attacks that’s why his hair turned completely white as for Obito he wouldn’t have died because he’s only bringing one man back from the dead
