Crazy how almost every time Titan puts out a video like this it is directly relevant to whats going on in my machining life.

I have been a machinist for over 30 years now. I have setup programmed wire EDM's and built parts with a tolerance of +.0001 -.000 and the matting part would be +.0000 -.0001. I have programmed many different CNC mills, I've programmed twin spindles single turret lathes, I've heat treated a lot of different materials. I know everything there is to know about machine (OK not true). I strive to learn something new every day. The one thing about my carrier of being a machinist is yes it has been very challenging but not boring at all. Everyone keep learning and keep up the smart and hard working.

We need more tormach videos. Maybe get the tormach lathe. Maybe get the haas tool room mill and lathe. Most of us small business owners start with there machines. And struggle with surface finish and tooling selection

I love that Titan knew that being able to serve 1 client exceptionally well could absolutely change his life! He was determined, took the risk, and most importantly, he made it happen - whatever it took! BOOM💥

In the mid 80's i really wanted to go into being a machinist. My high school had a Bridgeport Mill and I don't recall the lathe but it was great, not to mention we had a foundry. I loved machine shop and did it for 3 years in HS. My uncle at the time was going through a machinist's college, and struggled to find a job. Unfortunately, during that time the machinist trade in my area was not good. I ended up in the aerospace industry, but watching these videos makes me kind of wish I would have sucked it up and been a machinist. I wish it could have a Mill and Lathe at home, just to make some chips.

Watching this latest video made me feel proud due to you confirming what I've learned over the years through trial & error. A machinist must always be never afraid to ask and always be willing to listen.
Than you for sharing your knowledge

Have you guys done a video on machining copper recently? I always hear that copper can be difficult to machine sometimes and would like to see you guys get after it.

At some point in the future i would love to see a video about setting up a horizontal pallet / tombstone. Probing and Aligning. Also a video on how to get the machine coordinates for the machine pallets x0 and z0 (center) and to use them in programming. Love content keep the info flowing!
