Y’all wonder why young people “don’t want to work” and don’t get into the trades

Yet whenever a young person gets into the trades, they get relentlessly criticized over the dumbest/ smallest things.

I get it on my main channel all the time. Despite the 15 year’s experience, and 8 years running my own shop.

We all start somewhere. I think she did great.

I am so old that back in the 1970s I had 3 tape fed NC mills with tables you can park a VW beetle on to setup and make Caterpillar parts! It had 7 spaces and 3 rows for X, Y and Z coordinates by binary readouts, lights only! I got really good at reading it at a glance!

That's awesome. I just got into the trade myself and I still feel that way some times. It's definitely satisfying every time you get a part done whether you haven't done it before or even if you've done it a bunch. It's always so satisfying knowing you made it. This really shows that and it's awesome
