hey am using honor 7 and i got an ota update of marshmallow but after downloading and trying to install it ...it stops at 5% and says software install fails

Hi, I have a Huahei GR5 from Canada. I've downloaded the firmware, and I have it in my SD card. (inside of the dload folder). However, when I get to 5%, it stops. And then goes back to boot looping.

What if the phone refused to reboot system past software install failed but when connected to laptop (pc with internet access) it does not move past 5%installing update
