Christian girl here. Your perspective of "tradition" is NOT traditional at all.. the man going out and working and the woman staying at home all day comes from the 1950's, which was a small sliver of history that was NOT the norm. It was much more "traditional" for extended family to live under one roof and for the woman to contribute to the family income in some way. In fact, a woman was usually considered useless to a man if she couldn't provide some sort of economic value in a marriage (marriage used to be primarily an economic unit and it still is in some ways). Your definition of tradition has been reserved for the rich/aristocracy throughout history.

Hahahahaha!!! I had actually noticed my wife for roughly 6 or 7 months at my church before I finally approached her. I have never had a problem with approaching women in my adulthood but I genuinely thought that I would have never had a chance with my wife. I finally realized that no matter how hard I would look around at the people at her only an older man which appeared to be her dad and maybe her mom there was never a guy with her. So I finally made up mine just decided to approach her and what I said is

"Hey I don't mean to make a weird pass at you or anything but you are seriously so pretty!"

And she was instantly drawn in and I didn't get her number right then and there it was actually one month later that I find the ended up getting her number asking for it.

But one thing's for sure I wanted to make sure she knew I was romantically interested in her right from the get-go I didn't want to give her any ideas that I wanted to be her friend and that's why I gave her a strong compliment in the very beginning.

But yes men need to grow balls and get courage to approach women because it's horrible how many men are so afraid to talk to girls.
