About Slant 3D

🏭 High-Volume 3D Printing: Scalability Meets Flexibility
Slant 3D's Large-Scale 3D Print Farms utilize 1000's of FDM 3D printers working 24/7 to offer limitless scalability and unparalleled flexibility. Whether it's 100 or 100,000 parts, our system can handle it reliably, while still allowing for real-time design updates, ensuring products evolve with the times. This adaptability is key in today's fast-paced world.

🌿 Sustainable Manufacturing: Eco-Friendly Efficiency
Embrace a system that drastically reduces carbon emissions by eliminating carbon-intensive steps in the supply chain, such as global shipping and warehousing. Our approach minimizes this footprint, offering a more sustainable manufacturing option.

⚙️ Digital Warehouses: Parts On-Demand
Think of print farms as a "Digital Warehouse", meaning we can store your parts digitally on a server rather than physically on a shelf. parts are available on-demand, reducing the need for extensive physical inventory.

We have made so many useful things on this channel. And for some reason the file with no utility has had more file requests than any other. So now You can download the sample brick stl for free at angled.xyz. enjoy

Am subscribed because noted how often I watch a short Slant3D video and learning something that develops myself as a personal designer (seismic uptick, a personal progress leap). I've watched a lot of 3DP design videos, but the insight Gabe will causally gift you one short sentence, has moved the dial gauge for me time and again - sincerely thank you

Absolutely love this content and now time to make my own block!

I'm happy to say that there wasn't much for me to learn here - so I guess I've been paying attention in the other videos! :D

You do a lot of great videos about how to print things the right way and how to make them easier to print successfully.

Can you do a video on the various ways prints can fail, what you do to avoid them, and then reassure us your print farm has failures, too?

I think knowing the pros have layer shifts and servings of spaghetti everyone once in a while will make us all feel a little better when it happens to us.

Thanks!

Teacher here. Would love to print a few of these for explaining my 3D printing unit. Another voice who wants that STL

Bookmarking this so I can come back in a week and see if the STL is linked.

I would love to use this brick to teach my university peers how to 3d Print properly. Is there a possibility of getting the STL so I can show them the way?

Do you have this stl file available? I would like to use this as a test piece

Do you offer this stl or obj? Also, the quote link your description is broken.

Could you share the STL? I just got my flsun t1 pro, and the print speed is amazing! Looking forward to testing it further.

Very clever. Was expecting one of those cubes to rotate, but it never happened!

With text, I really like to apply an offset to the SVG that is 0.3mm larger. Then I deboss the offset 0.2mm & emboss the text by 0.3
In my experience, the deboss with the emboss really makes it more crisp.

I am curious to know what slicer you use in your print farm...

You have a base all chamfered. You could use 3 corners of it, to test elephant foot suppression methods, and 1 for show how it is without those methods.
