Use HEROES while UPGRADING?! New Event (Clash of Clans)

Starting on June 24th, the Unlocking Unlimited Heroes Community Event begins. Where your task is to collect Dark Elixir to fill each milestone to unlock extra event days. A total of 31 days of Unlimited Heroes will be available starting on July 1st IF the 5th Tier is unlocked.

Atleast allow to use them for friendly challenge and wars even when they are upgrading.
It will massively increase the participation of people in wars.
