About the Presenters:
Michael Espenchied started his career as an Account Manager in the marketing field working with automotive clients. He helped corporate auto clients with creative branding elements and managed a team to implement branding strategies in the dealerships. From there, He switched gears and worked in the Recruitment and Staffing industry. He was responsible for generating new business through proactive outreach to prospects and marketing strategies. He focused on mid-market and enterprise businesses, and helped clients find mid-level and executive professionals. He took his experience in the recruitment space and started a career at LinkedIn in 2014. His reliance and experience in leveraging LinkedIn to generate new business has served him well as he assists clients develop effective sales, marketing and recruitment strategies on LinkedIn. He has presented about how to use the platform over 25 times, and recently at UChicago to the Center for Identity and Inclusion's LGBTQ student group.

Michelle Grey is a Relationship Manager for Linkedin, where she has been for a little over a year. Prior to joining the LinkedIn team, Michelle worked in B2B sales in the office supply industry for 15+ years. She has lived in the Chicagoland area the majority of her life and enjoys traveling, reading and learning about various cultures.
