I didn't saw Chuychu when i played it. I still think that we are at war and have no time for grieving, so i rushed back to the battlefield to avoid further loss of life

Genshin impact truly gave us PTSD, so many NPC that I didn’t even know just gone but it still hurts, when the first trailer comes I saw complaints about the fact that "it’s to color full and enough war like", well they get the war they wanted, and the scars that come with it

I actually did pay my respects to Chuychu, in fact, I talked to every NPC I helped. Sadly, I didn't get to talk to all the missing NPCs before the quest (I didn't think so many would die) but that's what my second account is for lol~

I genuinely cried for Chuychu, I think I stood next to her body for about an hour before I moved on to the rest of the quest, and I cried through the entirey of it. I'm darn nearing tearing up even now!
