I just want to say I’m glad we’re both still alive. I first spoke with Grant back in 2011. He convinced me to sign my dealership up for “Cardone university”. I can not believe he’s close to 65, or that I’m 43 now. I’m thrilled to see his success and I’m not disappointed with mine either. 43 and I could be retired if I wanted to be lol I enjoy the game too much or I would be. Out of the car business now and flipping houses for the fun of it. Mainly vacation homes in the beautiful mountains. Love him or hate him, his attitude is the real deal.
