Every month we bring you at least one Affordable Liveaboard Yacht Tour. Today we are on board of rare Italian Build Beauty - 2001 VZ 56 FLY Motor Yacht. She has a LOT of volume for her size (actually as we chatted with the lovely owners she has an LOA of 65', but her paperwork says 56' 🙈🤷‍♀️... so it will be advantageous in many ways). Some of my personal fav features include a spacious cockpit, huge flybridge, a great home office option, dual helm, fab Owner's cabin and it even had amazing crew quarters! And Rico loved the engine room as well. This Motoryacht would make a perfect Liveaboard or a Condo on the water for the lucky new owners! So, if CanNOT afford to buy a house in MIAMI? You Can Live aboard this!
She is currently listed for sale for $385,000. Enjoy the Tour!
😜 Let me know what you guys think of this one in the comments

From the start, we have decided to keep our independence & integrity, so we do not accept payments for Yacht Tours and do not "work for hire", this way we can choose and only Tour the vessels we find interesting for our audience. We are here to have FUN while checking out the coolest Yachts on the market and not taking ourselves too seriously!

Huge Thank you to Riccardo Solci @DenisonYachting for letting us explore on our own.

Be warned people. As a long time captain and owner of a 42' classic yacht I can tell you with confidence that yachts are not floating efficiency apartments, especially if you are on the saltwater. Stuff wears out and breaks just sitting there. It is a harsh environment with a ton more DAILY maintenance than a home. Personally, I love yacht ownership even though I keep it at a dock in back of the house. But I know how much work they are and I know that as you get older you might not be so keen on doing everything it takes to keep your yacht running properly, if at all. And remember, if rough weather hits then it is a whole 'nother level. You have to be an active captain on a yacht or it will eat you alive. So doing it because you think it is the low cost solution might not be good advice. But doing it because you love being on the water and are willing, knowledgeable enough and physically capable to do more maintenance then yeah, why not?

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these affordable videos. I am working towards retirement live aboard, and multi million dollar yachts are not happening, but all these under 500k ones you do help me stay focused on my goal!

One of the best layouts I've seen on a boat of any size let alone this size. I really love the mid ship engine room. Ship builders need to bring this design back for sure.

After owning multiple boats most of my life, they are a lot of fun, a lot of work, and a lot of money to maintain.
Sold all my boats 3 years ago, and now I can rent a 48ft sea ray for 3 hours for $1036.00 + expenses and when you are done
having fun, just walk away....

Agree with DIYDaveT, My 44 sport fisher, paid for, runs me on for both fixed and variable costs around 3k a month. Do not be blind listening to these videos, expect an additional 1k a month for parts breaking or needing replacement. That is the bare minimum, granted I live in Long Beach, CA, but feel a monthly budget of 3k is a minimum. Now price in new electronics, replace a dingy, new anchoring windlass, rode and anchor. The list goes on, have owned boats for 30 plus years and hate seeing this type of video. Would love to see a reply from NautiStyles what the current owner pays monthly to keep this boat. My slip fees alone are $1400 a month, these are real numbers, not trying to be negative, larger boats are expensive to own. Purchase price is a minor factor when you consider the actual cost of owning a boat of this size. Bad info, this is not a replacement for buying house, boats depreciate, a home/condo is much better investment. Love my boat, but it is a money pit that my friends are floored when told I need a new windlass $2.5k, new canvas 8k, new batteries 3K, looking to update my 15 year old electronics 7-10k, list goes on and please do your homework.

As a retired high speed production machine service/install tech, I especially get a kick out of Rico's excitement at discovering an ancillary equipment room with sound insulation. He even commented upon the service cavity for all the electronics; right down to it being an illuminated space. I also noticed the three forward heads shared plumbing walls. Brother, those folks looked after this boat! Scrub the boarding bridge/ dinghy hoist walking surface and you'd be forgiven for thinking this was a new boat. Great tour guys!

I lived on a boat much smaller than that for 4 years. My 29’ striper seaswirl. I’m still on it for 40+ hours every weekend, but now I live in a tiny home 80 yards above my dock. Buying 2 acres of land with a private dock was the best purchase of my life.

As one who lives in the Midwest, I always get taken away on an adventure when watching you guys. Thanks

Considering this boats age it is still beautiful and shows how well it has been cared for & maintained, i could very happily live aboard this super yacht, as it has all the space i would need, beautiful love the woodwork & the layout.

Space, space and more space throughout this VZ 56. The craftsmanship and design is simply amazing. This yacht was well taken care of. When you stepped into the interior, I said, “WOW.” And the tour provided “wow” moments everywhere you went. Victoria, we so enjoy when you and Rico are able to explore. The spontaneity of your reactions and comments reveal how significant features are, coming from someone that live abroad their own yacht. Great tour NautiStyles!!!

Best liveaboard so far, I could really see myself living on a boat like this and wanting for nothing.
Great layout, modern yet cosy, roomy cabins and a fantastic aft deck, great find!

By far, the nicest layout I have seen you show. I like how the galley is hidden. Can not believe it is only 56'. You would be real comfortable living on board. Husband and Wife, if you had two teenagers, they would be the crew.

I like your videos of older boats more than new boats…. Shows the longevity of better built boats!🤗

This is my favorite affordable live aboard yacht yet! What a cool boat. It would be great for exploring the Caribean or doing the great loop. Roomy and comfortable.

Thank you for showing this boat. One of the nicest boats I've seen by far. Realistically priced and very well organized. You both did a great job and your enthusiasm for the boat came thru load and clear. I'm putting an extra boat buck in the piggy bank this month hoping something like this will be available when I'm ready to pop.😊

This is a nice yacht. For the size, apparent condition, layout and price point it is one of your best reviews. Well done and thank you.

When my parents retired, they bought a 54' Yacht/Sailboat and spent 5 years living on the water. They had amazing stories to tell, and amazing troubles tell! This was all back in the 80's and it was expensive then so I can imagine what it is today! This boat is nicer than theirs was, but not much! I am more of an on-land RV kinda girl myself, but I could live in a Yacht for the winter and RV in the summer!! Love your videos even though I would never buy a boat myself it is still fun to see what the water dwellers are up to!!
