Basically the problem may occur if ubuntu’s Partition not set as active.
If you have deleted your ubuntu’s partition from your computer or If it shows here that, “error: no such partition” then this video is not for you. Check out our channel there's a solution for error: no such partition related problem.

Thank you, but for some of you guys it might be gpt instead of msdos so see carefully whether it says (hd0, msdos) or (hd0, gpt)

Any of the partitions have not worked. All of them says”file system is unkonwn”

Brother this video saved my life . I was shivering due to fear of loosing my laptop. I don't know anything about OS and I could not afford a new laptop .. thanks a lot brother . May god solve all your problem.

This remember to me, once again, to not to have Windows at all .
I have a dual boot system, and I've approved the windows updates. Bad, bad choice.

I managed to avoid this problem from reoccurring by doing this in my linux system:
$ sudo update-grub
$ sudo grub-install /dev/sda
Feel free to try this but you should know what you are doing.

Bro after the command ''insmod normal'' it shows me
"error: file not found."

When i type insmod normal it says
Grub_file_filters not found. Help please. I stayed up unril 4 am tryn to fix this cuz i have a zoom meeting in 3 hours

After "insmod normal" command, I get this "/boot/grub/i386-pc/normal. mod'' not found.
Any solution to this?
