Hello, This just left a whole lot of questions that weren't answered. What is the right ratio for Vitamin D and how would you know if probiotics is hurting instead of helping? I'm lost here on what to take.

Ok, I did not understand the REASON fish oil does harm, other than that it can go rancid. What is the REASON a good, quality fish oil does harm and does this mean that EATING fish is also just as harmful?? A lot of unanswered questions here.

Dang.. I was just about to buy another bottle of fish oil. Good thing this video popped up when it did!

So what would be the more appropriate way to take a multivitamin or is the suggestion to not take them at all?

There's a female Doctor who recommended Vit. D for Strengthening our natural immune system so it can fight against COVID but she never mentioned we need the other fat soluble vitamins (A, E, K) to be taken with Vit. D3... so what makes this other Doctor's claim any better than what that other Doctor said ?
