As far as when they do the purchase triggering the review request with zapier, would their free plan be enough?

Technically you must allow the 1/2/3 star reviewers the option to review on google or your client can be fined and their GBL can be suspended/closed. Its “review gating” if you do it the way you have shown it.

I understand the entire process from the automation workflows and the link that allows to gate the reviews at the customer level However: isn't gating against Google review policies and can result in a violation with a fine up to $40k?

Do we need to buy a LC phone number for each business (for example) in order to send the reputation request message to their clients?

And does the business need to import their clients contacts to the software in order to send the reputation link to them?

For the phone, you are just using their personal phone? Personal email.

If I’m working with hipaa clients (zappier is not possible) would it be a good idea to setup sub accounts for all clients and then just show them how to add their patients into contacts in a sub account I setup for them. Or do you have any better ideas?

Hi, in ghl forms we have a option called inline, but in surveys how can i bring two custom fields in one line. Please answer this, I will be very thankful to you.

Since the recipient of the text didn’t explicitly opt-in to the text, does SMSing them break A2P policy?

On mobile, the form does not show up correctly. The stars are in two rows and trigger the second form completely wrong - as if the sequence of stars was somehow messed up. How can I fix that?

Hi James! I so love the concept of this reputation management form. I really appreciate you sharing this valuable information with us.

I have tried using it, but I'm having a major concern with it.

With my setup, if you leave a 4 or 5 star rating, an option will appear for you to leave a review on either Google, Facebook, or Trustpilot. The issue is that it's only one of the three that appears. I want all three to appear so the customer can choose their preference.

Please how can I do that?

Great video! My only concern is if a business for example has a database of 500 customers and im running their reputation management and i sent out review requests to those 500 customers what if those customers did not opt in to receive sms and emails? Is that not illegal? What if the business owner has all this data but has no idea about "opt ins" and never knew he or she had to get permission? Would i have to talk the business owner into adding opt ins on the website and crm or whatever they use to collect customer data? Would the business owner want to do all of that and change their system to be sms and email compliant?
