Excellently presented Sujit ji. India is regarded as the biggest democracy in the world. But the irony is that India is one of the most currupted country in the world and what not from top to the bottom. At this rate it's not too far away India will disintegrate.

Bold editorial Sir, we should admit that our system is not robust to identify the root cause of problems, instead we are only giving an quick fix or bandaid soultions to the symptoms, which are ten to one chances of recurrences.
A system shall be developed to avoid human interferences and identify management system weakness. People lost their confidence in executive, legislature and judiciary. None to be blamed except the voters.

The Gujarat IPS Bhatt is still in jail for speaking against modi and shah for their role in the 2002 Gujarat riots.

Supreme Court has the power and authority to set this right just in one order. SCI DOES NOT WALK THE THE TALK

Exactly the same I feel. There is no independent agency. All independent agencies, SC, HC judges, banks, etc are easily manipulated by the ruling party. So I request, hereafter the media, officers should not say CBI ed, SC, HC judges, banks, police are independent agencies and these are controlled by ruling party

I agree with you 💯 %. We have seen how things unfold . Corruption, mal practice, manipulation. Not a fair way how they operate. I am saying this with full accountability the corruption in Mumbai, as l have faced it with money exchange. I will not give up and l will speak the truth. I believe in reality and the truth. Lies and corruption is the main cause .

But a judge's duty is not simply giving mere ethical statements, which even media can do. He has to say specifically what laws the CBI has broken and punish the individuals who violated those laws. Violation in this case is specifically the wrongful arrest, for which a court is supposed to deliver a specific punishment. I don't want any philosophy from a judge.

2:12 Justice Bhuyan’s comments on CBI / government investigative agencies is 100% correct.

Mr. Sujith Nair’s comments that followed latter in the video are absolutely true.

At least there are few judges in the judiciary who are fair enough to express about the symptoms of the disease; we must appreciate them. We the people have to give a proper treatment for the disease in the elections. We just have to through away the political insects causing the disease.
