Perfect. Sir you have hit the nail on the head. It is the preparation of the BJP that whoever comes to Power in the future this laws will not be implemented. So no one goes to JAIL. What a wise decision by SC. All these while people were jailed because it looks like the Laws were Governed by the current dispensation.
U have rightly said it Sir.

You're absolutely right because our government is corrupt! It's sad that there's no one to fight for the truth. 😔 Rahul is trying but Modi is not going to let go all power he and his Ministers have. Free is good!
I am feeling very sad for those Hero's, who gave their life for this Country to get Freedom. 😔 Thanks Sujit you're doing a good job 👍

Unfortunately the public is not bothered about how bills are passed like making dosas like this... Democracy needs a lot of hardwork from prople but the people do not seem bothered at all still...

A lot things depend upon the Assembly Election Results of Maharashtra, Haryana and Jharlhand . Surely, infighting will be there in the BJP after the elections.

Excellent presentation, explanation and analysis.
Very illuminating arguments and very good food for thought. As time passes people get more and more dubious and confused about the kind of democracy we live in. The functioning of our parliament has its own way, deviating from the normal practice and expectations.

Absolutely agree! The future of democracy can only be ensured by the vigilance of citizens!"not enough to just vote!

ranga will not choose anyone except billa, as billa (the ultimate evm rigger) will not let ranga choose anybody except him. If narangi chooses takla then there is going to be a division in the riot party - which is good (sign of relief) for India!

BJP as party never ashamed of not having democratic knowledge. Their knowledge levels are very very low of that of rss.

It is not Modi but Adani Ambani who will decide Modi's successor.

Amit Shah is unlikely to replace Modi as he doesn't enjoys that kind of pan India popularity.
Yogi has some appeal in the Hindi belt but Gujarat lobby won't allow a non Gujarati as Modi's successor.
Ergo, 2029 also Modi will be PM face of BJP.

India is truly blessed to have an unending stream of talent who know exactly what Modi and his cohorts should be doing ( read thinking ). Of course, the main credit of this revelation should go to Sujit Nair who has awakened so many of us, that our future is at stake. If one were to pick one flaw in our national character, it would be that the entire country is so opinionated ( some interchange this word with being involved and informed ). Progressive democracies like Korea, Taiwan, Japan and many more that have shown remarkable progress have MATURE citizens who Mercifully they are not like the intellectual voters we have in our country, where every single person has an opinion on how the Prime Minister should be running the country. In these countries, these idiots after casting their vote and go about their normal jobs, and if they are unhappy with the elected government, they wait till the next election, in fact even the opposition falls in line and provides positive inputs where the government is slacking. But in our case, even a 10 year of flawless governance, with substantially reduced corruption, with mega project being completed on time, the highest GDP growth rate amongst the top 5 economies of the world, and targeting to be # 3, having become the leader of the global south, been a shining example of being the best in the world in handling Covid as also helping other poor nations, having the most vibrant foreign policy ever, which is enhance by a complete refurbishing of the army, navy and the air force to the point where we have now not allowed China to slice away regular parcels of land in Ladhak or in the NE, been special invitee to the G7 list of achievements is yet people like Sujit Nair, and all the equally brilliant comments below still feel they are convinced that they need to advise what Modi should be doing in terms of succession planning, and much else. Haven't they realized till now, Modi is 10 steps ahead before such even start thinking about anything, succession planning would have been attended to long long time ago.
If the Mood of the Nation shows a fall in Modi's support, I have only one question to ask, who would you rather pick in his place ? Pappu ??
Very sadly our national characteiis to be negatively critical, we are somehow able to find fault with anything everything !! Please be truthful to yourselves and recall when did YOU last posted a positive comment about ANYTHING. Personally, I feel our type of democracy is fast becoming more vulnerable to our enemies like China, George Soros, Pakistan, etc. Though fortunately Pakistan and now even B'desh have been almost neutralised due to their pressing their own self destruct button.I pray that during Modi's tenure he does away this idiotic parliamentary democracy shoved down our throats by the Brits ( of course with the help of Chacha Nehru ) even though it's been completely unsuitable for a diverse and poor nation like ours, where votes can be bought for as less than Rs 7, 000, and brings about a change with a presidential system of democracy. In fact it would be a dream come true, if we had a little bit of dictatorship to rectify and straighten out the judiciary and the media. Jai Bharat Jai Hind.
