And the conclusion is - that it is not important that you are a night owl or an early bird .
It's just about being sensitive to life. It should not matter to you that what time you sleep or wake up .it's just about doing your things on time and achieving your goals on time . And living in presence and paying attention to what is around you .And not being lost in your imagination no matter where you are .

Night is just so much more peaceful compared to the day....don’t have to deal other people and I can just mind my business and do whatever I want without any mental and physical interruption

Personally for me as a 15-year-old who is going to be appearing in the upcoming board examinations, feel that night is time when u realize how effective u are. Night is the time when it's only u, the energy inside you, and the universe.

I was always a night 🦉. Very active in night but.. But.. But.. In the morning that sleepyness and lack of energy is very bad definitely. So I decided it needs to be changed. I can't continue with this. Nowadays I sleep just before 10pm and wake up at 4am. It wasn't easy when I started but now I can feel the energy I have throughout the day. Circadian rhythm is the body clock and we should all set our sleep cycle according to it.

night is also productive ( in part) for some people because the more tired you are the less stress you feel, many people are not productive due to much stress which is highest when you wake up and goes down during the day, for many people becomes low enough in the evening. But mental capacities also go down in comparison to the morning.
The best is to reduce stress in the morning and have low stress and also high mental capacity to use.

Very true, I used to be a hard core night owl buy ever since I changed my sleep schedule from going to sleep at around 6-9pm and waking up at 4-6am I noticed a big change, namaste

When people wake up, I go to sleep and vice versa. I feel blessed I can live that way. Everything is slower, calmer.

The moral of the study is to just do the method where you feel like you can adapt to it... for me both are good because it deepens on a person self
