I'm here for all of this. Chef Ngoc Trinh I have ideas I want to share with you. I'm a home cook with Vietnamese heritage, I am so proud of you for sharing our culture and teaching other people about our eclectic flavor profiles.

My idea for Frito lays is to make a product line geared towards diabetics who need to watch their carbohydrates intake. Those of us who are insulin resistant and can't metabolize carbs which turns into sugar which stays in our bloodstream. If this is left untreated, it turns into prediabetes, then type 2 diabetes, which contributes to dementia and Alzheimer's later in life
