Frank Underwood - "No writer worth his salt can resist a good story, just as no politician can resist making promises he can't keep." -this one stick with me

Whenever I try to be more badass, I actually think of what Frank would do.

Cant help but think about this. "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist."

"You see, Freddy believes that if a fridge falls off a minivan, you better swerve out of its way. I believe it’s the fridge’s job to swerve out of mine."

About 1/3 into season 3 when this dawned on me: every phrase or saying that Frank uses to justify his scumbaggery could easily be printed under the picture of a mountain, sunrise, or ocean view and placed as a motivational slogan in just about any office building.

Frank Underwood is a modern adaption of Shakespeare's Richard III. It's amazing how adaptable and relevant Shakespeare's works have remained.

This show feels just like a Shakespeare play. It's no coincidence. There's a reason he quoted from "Julius Caesar."
