I hear its stealing to take something out of a dumpster in a land fill so lets say i take a item out of the dumpster and go to mail it to a repair center a postal employee takes item out of package and sends it on its way empty did both people commit the same crime and should get same sentence im not in the situation but wonder how the law works thanks
