Hi Fiscal,

To clarify, oral extra judicial confessions need not be stipulated in a document, signed by the accused to be admissible in evidence? If in case, said accused made an oral extra judicial confession, however, when made into a writing, accused retracted his statement and refused to sign the document. Will the oral extra judicial confession still prevail provided there is corroborated evidence?
