HOW TO OBSERVE like Sherlock Holmes - 5 Hyper Observant Techniques

You will learn how to observe and think like Sherlock Holmes using 5 observation techniques used by the character in the movies and books. So many people spend their days wondering what others think of them, if they will mess up in a conversation, or how they look. If you’re actually trying to increase your observation skills, spend your energy and focus on others, not just yourself. To become a better observer, you must put away distractions. How can you notice subtle changes in body language or the size of someone’s pupils if your phone has all your attention? Just take and turn on one of those foreign films, but don’t watch it for the storyline. Instead, pay super close attention to the body language of the characters. Sherlock Holmes is great at deciphering other languages using just body language and tone of voice. This video is for both Robert Downey Jr. and Benedict Cumberbatch Sherlock Holmes characters, as they are pretty amazing and have great observing techniques and tips.

You forgot the most important one. You have to objectively observe. Sherlock doesn't observe based on his emotions, prejudice, or his ego. He just observes. It's a lot harder than it seems.

I also recommend "Visual Intelligence" for this one by Amy Herman. She really explained the art of observation like taking your time when you observe and you gotta observe objectively and gather your observed information before you make an analyzation. It was really great! I really recommend you to read that book.

Deduction has the problem where the most likely deduction still has a possibility of being wrong. For example, with the guy with ice cream on his shirt, while its most likely he had ice cream since it requires the least assumptions and is thus favored via Occam's razor, it's also possible that someone dipped ice cream on his shirt. In other words, what you deduce as being most likely does not make it a correct deduction

The basis for a good synopsis is to find endless things more fascinating a connection when we're connecting the dots that doesnt have a answer but allows for the plot to thicken to take effect.

I was kinda into psychology since before i knew how i was called exacly for THIS reason. I asked myself questions, ALWAYS. Why would he do that in this situiation? What would i do different? What could be the outcome(s) of his action? And before i knew it i was thinking more about others than myself. I never read many books about psychology but around 14 I started taking courage to bring manipulation into all of this but at very low level and never for my own benefit or to harm someone. But more to help them with studying easier or convincing someone that he's really stressing up for no big deal when u take a step back and look at the bigger picture. U summed my life experience very neatly and it helped me put in place some principles that i was using that weren't distingushable or had any name in my head. U won 1 subscriber i guess

To become more observant :
1- Pay more attention to others and put away distractions "use your attention wisely."
2- Notice changes ( acknowledge what's normal to observe what's not normal).
3- Watch a movie in another language ( the purpose is to focus or pay attention on body language).
4- Draw conclusions from your previous observations.

Thank you for the video...

Very nice, I've been waiting for this collaboration since Sherringford told me about it, and I must say that it turned out quite well.

Great Video! I really have a question. For someone with less than $15, 000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the crypto market? I am at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach?

with the distractions i find they can be helpful, when people assume your distracted they will show you more. Now like checking somebodys pupils while your looking at your phone wont work but if you want to catch the person in a lie and it seems like your not paying attention the liar might slip up more. However this trick works when you work on it, like me and my sister well it started as a prank like we would talk about something then randomly change topics and we would do that like 20 times to see when the other person mess it and well i know me and her can pick up on things no matter what. Most people though just wont get it
