How to make Apple Jelly?

Do you like apple jelly? I sure do. There is nothing better than spreading homemade apple jelly on your freshly baked bread in the morning for breakfast. Fall means apple season and that' s when you get the best apples to make this easy apple jelly. Tru to use green granny smith because these apples contain more natural pectins which help in preserving your jelly. I do not add artificial ingredients to this jelly, all-natural with only fruit water and sugar. This is a french apple jelly recipe that my family has been making for generations. We pride on a perfect apple jelly at home.

Ingredients

2.2 pounds Apples 6-7 apples with skin
1 Lemon Juice
6 ⅓ cups Water
Sugar same amount as water after cooking and straining apples *see Notes
