ok guys, bit of help, just so you know this works with 1st gen ps4 controllers, the ones WITHOUT the light bar window in the touch panel (small line at top) if you are using a next gen controller (newer versions) the ones WITH the light bar on the touchpad, this doesn't work, as someone stated on here on forza every button press it resets, so it doesn't work with the new ps4 controllers, but the older version controllers it does for sure, also you dont need DS4 windows for the older gen, it's literally micro usb and plug the usb into your computer, and your good to go pretty much

It worked for me if you’re having trouble getting you controller to pop up as a connected controller maybe try to plug your controller to one of the back plugs and it works and if you curious it works for gta 5 pc or game’s in general. Thank you:)

It was so good that you can costume the light color

to add ( WIRELESS ) connection
with ps4 controller off hold down ( PS + share ) for few seconds until light starts to flash
then it should appear in pc Bluetooth settings
quick and easy but still need driver setup
