I second the comment/ request to compare Kobo Aura One with Inkpad 3. As I mentioned when you made a short walk-through, I was almost-almost certain that I will buy it. However, so many people told me "Don't be stupid, Kobo is waaay better/ faster"... And so, now I'm back to square one - I definitelly want to part with Kindles (been using all of them since the Keyboard, Voyage is with me now and I do not want Oasis), I need warm light, 8" and reasonable speed of page-turn. That is why, I would love to see them side by side. And of course - thanks for a great review!

Hey, thank you for this detailed review. One thing I'd like to ask: How flexible is the marking tool when it comes to PDFs? Can one draw freely around on single pages?

Nice review. I was hoping you would show the note app (Scribble), I'm wondering if it can be used as a notepad. Also, is it good for comics/manga reading?

So all images are black and white? I already ordered it, and this is a bit disappointing because of the book covers. 🙄 They have a Color version but screen is smaller. Otherwise I like it and hope to love it when it arrives. Thanks.

Folks, keep your eyes open on this one. There is the Inkpad 3 and the inkpad 3 Pro. The Pro version has no slot for an SD card and has 16gb while the Inked 3 has 8gb storage and a slot for an SD card up to 32 gb. So do your research on these models. There are a few more differences that I won't bother to mention here. If this model interests you, do your homework.
