Butter Pecan Cake

Cake
2 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar (sifted)
1 stick of butter
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
Three eggs

Icing
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 T of butter milk

Couldn’t find anymore Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix so I looked up recipes and found THIS!! Looks amazing!! I can’t wait to try!! 🤞🏾❤️

I poked holes in a southern butter pecan cake added whipped butter cream icing (added a teaspoon southern pecan creamer to the icing). It made it so moist.
The key is cutting a slice, heating the cake up for 30 seconds in the microwave, and topping it off with vanilla ice cream.
