Great video! The one tip I would add is that generally, I try not to land on power (you might have said this, and i missed it). Especially if it's a hard, grippy surface. It can put a lot of extra stress on the diffs/drivetrain.

I've been in the hobby about 5 years now. As luck would have it, living in a apartment complex , was on my way home from work and a guy down the street had a couple of X Max and Kratons. Ends up he has a youtube channel. Scott Johnson at RC Piddlin. Was at the park about a month later and he showed up with a huge 6 foot tall ramp. He offered for me to jump my Kraton off it. 6 S version 5 with few mods ( chassis braces, steering )) he gave me some pointers, told him I was afraid it wouldn't survive , his response was just launch her. Well, long story short , she stuck a beautiful double backflip and no damages. Many thanks to ya'll that shares knowledge. Much appreciate you. Thank you. Thanks for another great video! I'd say one of the best tips. I could give even though it seems pretty obvious is to jump on grass or Dirt, not concrete.😂

I mostly fly RC but recently I got a car... Then a truck. I was thinking about getting a crawler, but I think probably a bigger truck that can climb rocks would be cool.

lol the best way i learned how to line up a jump was to give myself plenty of run up and stand like 8 to 10 feet infront of the ramp kinda off to the side and then half throttle tell I got to the ramp and give it slightly more throttle when exiting the ramp. Wish I found this video sooner 😂🤘

Always remember blowing my first rear differential by landing on close to full throttle..

Thanks for a great video! I have bought to my friend an entry level basher, and I’d like to learn him how to jump, because now he seems to just jam on the throttle and just go fast on concrete 😂
