FIX : WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE FAILS ERROR : WINDOWS 10 ERROR CODE 0XC1900101-0X30018 OR STALLS AT 40%

1. Updated the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 and Intenl Wireless Bluetooth drivers through the Intel Driver and Support Assistant Installer
2. Uninstalled Avast
3. Unplugged HDMI for dual monitor - leaving VGA; speakers/speaker USB power; had already unplugged external harddrive, and headset
4. Used msconfig to clean boot Windows 10
5. Disconnected Ethernet cable
6. Ran setup from the USB drive I had created using Windows Media Creation Tool
7. Declined option to update prior to Windows 10 Creator install

Thanks for the wonderful video and solution my friend. It's pretty ridiculous what damn Microsoft puts us through sometimes. They never give any hints what to do when an installation fails. I really can't stand the company anymore.

hello my windows is 8 and i cant install windows 10, after 30% my laptop restarted and this blue screen (inaccessible boot device) shows up, and it automatically undoing all changes made. i already tried your methods, still doesn't work.

this was the 1st video i saw for solution..but I ignored it that time..and after 6 failed installation attempts...I came back to this video again...this was the only working method...thank you very much :)
Edit:I suggest you to unplug every thing including your mouse and keyboard just after clicking install
