Tow truck driver facing illegal towing charges

You might remember a video from a few months ago showing tow truck driver Joshua Fischer in a yelling match with a man.

These lowlifes do this because there is no downside. The most they receive is a slap on the wrist and then they go right back to committing the same crimes. Give that tow operator five years on a first offense with a subsequent doubling of sentence for each further conviction and he will never do it again. Give the public the legal ability to cut off private boots and shut off tow trucks, drop and unhitch their own cars, or cut the tow from their cars with impunity as long as the tow operator is wrong, and illegal towing will go away.

The apartment complex *plans* to give the tow company the boot. The apartment should have already fired the tow company. The landlord doesn't realize the tow company is taking rent money out of it's hands: if you are late on rent, you will pay the tow company first to get your car back.

These towing company's who operate this way are thrives and criminals....this one got what he had coming for doing this to people....its basically the same as armed robbery and that he is using a tow truck to force people to hand over their money instead of a knife or gun.

I love how the apartment complex had no clue about the tow company they hired track record do you not do background checks on your companies as well I mean your clients aren't probably very happy that live there and got screwed because you hired someone to screw them over they're just as it fault

I got towed from an apartment complex with the "visitor parking" sign literally next to my car with an arrow pointing to the row I was parked in. Every other spot had "visitor parking" painted on the ground but I was told the one right next to the sign did not have it painted....yet...and that was enough for them to tow😅
