Tow Truck Tussle In Brooklyn Caught On Camera

The NYPD is speaking out after one of their traffic agents was harassed while trying to tow an illegally parked car in Brooklyn. CBS2's Jessica Layton reports.

I don't see why it's not cleared to speak to those men seen in that video? They should. If one disrespects authority they should face consequences for their wrongdoing. They also expressed racism by calling a few things out on this poor man doing his job.
