Fun fact, you can cheese Karstag if you know the Bound Bow spell and have healing magic(along with semi decent equipment, since I did this at level 37)
One of the little Areas of rocks in that room can be jumped up onto if you're persistent enough, leaving Karstag only able to hurt you with his ice aura(which doesn't do much and you can outheal if you have semi-good gear). Bond Bow is needed for infinite arrows.
It takes a while, and you'll have to occasionally hop down since he's a ai will have him attempt to move out of range(he doesn't really have hiding spots in that room), but you can kill him in a super anticlimactic fashion whilst also grinding stealth and Archery skill

for the shrek gamecube easter egg, the game also exists on xbox but when you noclip, you fall into a red glowing pit with chickens everywhere. the cieling has a hole but you seem to not be able to go throught it because its high and really precise.

theres also more to the ddlc easter egg, if you're streaming using OBS or something similar she will call you out on it, and then jumpscare you. though there are a ton of other easter eggs in the game as well, that most people likely missed, like random title screens, manipulating files mid game, there's a lot.
