"Early Onset" is usually not found till years into the disease's progression.
PPA (Primary Progressive Aphasia) will take their understanding of words first, then their own words, then their ability to form a complete sentence, then their voice, then abilities.

My mother is suffering from Dementia. Alas, in my country there is no support group for those who look after people with Dementia. Doctor prescribed a pill to me, but it doesn't help. Sometimes I lose my patience and cry and shout, it is really hard. I don't want to see my mum suffering, she isn't aware of her disease, she doesn't even accept it. Sometimes refuses to take pills. Alongside with Alzheimer's, she has other health problems. I am just looking for ways of treatment, I mean how to behave, what to do with people with Alzheimer's.
