Cooking will help the oil and mush separate and will disolve and destroy the toxins in the seeds ❤ i usually go with a cold expellier press then boil the expressed oil with water for 30 minutes to remove any toxins and clarify it to clear. The seed mash can be baked in an oven and fed to livestock.

Isn't it dangerous to mash it unroasted? The village vid I saw, they roasted the beans first before mashing, then added water to the mash and boiled it till the oil separates.
