In this video, we’re going to take a look at the uses and benefits of castor oil. Castor oil comes from the seeds of the castor oil plant. It’s an unsaturated fatty acid and is 90% ricinoleic acid.

Here are a few of the benefits of the ricinoleic acid in castor oil:
•Anti-inflammatory
•Anti-pain
•Anti-fungal
•Supports the immune system.

Castor oil can be used for the skin to treat conditions like psoriasis. It can also help eyelashes grow thicker, softer, and longer. Some people use castor oil as a laxative, or to induce labor. You can even rub it on painful, achy joints for pain relief.

If you’re going to use castor oil on your skin, test a small area of skin first to make sure you’re not allergic.

first day I tried was September 19th 2022, and yes I confirm it worked. However, I was very nauseous from drinking the castor oil with warm water on and empty stomach. Wow, so I have lupus, RA, APS, psoriatic arthritis and chronic valley fever (fungal infection). I've tried everything from methotrexate to Otezla and unfortunately nothing is working. I've actually given up treatment because the side affects have also been destroying my body.
