When in my world, I found pink sheeps after killing them repeatedly and they just kept spawning so when we ran out of pink sheeps we used 2 of those immortal sheeps to repopulate them.

Speaking of skeleton horsemen in Minecraft, I did find a skeleton horse in an older version of Minecraft once and I was curious what it was doing along, but when I got to ride it, boom, lighting hit and four skeleton horsemen appeared out of nowhere.

The 4 striders riding one-another isn't a 1 in 40 chance, it's a 1/10^3 or 1/1000 chance according to what you said about there being a 10% chance of a baby strider spawning on top of a normal one because the second strider must spawn for the third to have the possibility to and so on, the chance exponentiates with each new strider in the stack, it doesn't add together to 40.
