No, bad omen is obtained by killing an Illager captain, which are the ones carrying the Illager banner. You can either find them at outposts or through the Illager scout party which spawns occasionally.

Tips for my fellow minecraft players:
When trying to find buried treasure, If you face North(the top of the map is north), go to the middle of the X, and make it so the bottom of your marker is just barely sticking out from the bottom of the X, then dig down, you will be guaranteed to find the treasure on that block. There is also a way to do it with chunks but I don’t remember how.

I’m surprised you didn’t list that. I’ve gotten 3 mending books with fishing and caught several fishing poles with mending on them, then I’ll put luck of the sea 3 on and have a fishing pole that gives great loot and never breaks since you get xp
