This is very timely to me. I lead the Roch Education Team, it's recently the I was wondering why my team is moving so slowly. I came to realize that the problem was that I didn't know how to communicate effectively. Thank God I now know, and these are my new commitments wrt my team;
1-communicate with the entire team daily.
2-communicate with individuals of the team daily.
3-communicate the entire vision of the team to every participant.
4-Study about how to execute the next project of the team.

With these 4 principles, I've seen a big change in the team's progress.
