"It's how you swing"
*doesn't elaborate on how to do it better*

I really love how you get into the more psychological part. Especially for people like me that struggle to see mistakes about them and change them, the way you explain it really helps. I watched many other coaches, Jollz as example, but none of them really were able to explain core concepts the way you can and your explanations really can help me learn, personally

From what I understand:
1. Don't stand still, always stay mobile.
2. Stop peeking predictably. Counter strafe at varying moments and don't do it too late.
2. Get info. Jump peeking and jiggle peeking are great for knowing where your opponent is before you engage fully

I swear my movement is holding me back so much, I always freeze and end up standing completely still. I've learned a lot from this video though, hopefully I can implement this in my ranked games.

Something I struggle with is that in lower elo most people don’t burst strafe, when I get into these fights I usually win, but when I swing I keep getting caught by sprays that reduce my movement speed and I have to hurry and dink them before they land all 4 bullets or lucky-bloom into a headshot. This obviously doesn’t happen a lot and is solved by either jiggling to bait them to start spraying and re-swing while their recoil resets or wide swinging and lining up the head while they chase the spray, but when I swing and get my movespeed reduced I’m bad at calm-adjusting to their head since I know I wont really be able to strafe anymore. I am also bad so this entire situation probably doesn’t make sense to anyone above plat

This honestly blew my mind. I’ve been getting tapped like crazy recently and thought I’ve been really unlucky but I realized after this vid I’ve been auto piloting.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

MY AIM IS WAY BETTER. THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT:

You should focus on how long it takes them to kill me, not how easily I can kill them.

You are dying much faster than this in your ranked games, which forces you to rely even more on your aim! If you move more optimally, you will have more time to hit that shot!

Nice video. Really eye opening. I find it hard to master my aim and movement when you can't figure out whats wrong or can't see yourself in another perspective. But this alone helped me see my mistakes in a new light. Nice video m8.

Great video! this is the type of stuff i like broken down by content creators. One thing I disagree/am confused about is after you told them about the peaking/trying to be unpredictable it did feel like even when they were unpredictable you still out aimed them. I feel like yes being smart is a big part of it but on many of the gunfights they just couldn't aim as well.

I like the concept of this video but you don’t really explain how to actually move better. No mention of peeking far from the wall, fact that you hit max speed after 2 steps, explain counter strafing, or benefits of ADS from long range. I understand why you made the video but to be honest it kind of just comes off as arrogant.

My brother (a bronze player) was making fun of me (a diamond) for jump spotting and jiggle peeking, ill send him this video to show him up lmao

definitely my favorite youtube coach for val, the way you explain all the theoreticals and then prove it with mid-sized practical testing is so nice

Been watching your videos recently, most of the things you teach makes sense, and sometimes I think to myself, "I knew this/I was right!" but irl it is hard to apply it in real games especially when I've gotten used to playing the way I am comfortable with, and barely tries to come out of my comfort zone with my play style. Anyway, there's always room for improvements, recently I've been getting stable with headshots, I have trouble most of the times in peeking and predicting where enemies may come in and out though, so this is really helpful! Keep up the good work, you're very helpful Mr. Banana!

Woohoojin! Your content is by far the most valuable for valorant players who want to grow. I've easily played over 1000 hours stuck on how to improve. Just by applying what you've shown in this video, I quickly went from Plat to Ascendant within two weeks (hours and hours of play - end year holidays). It was my movement all along. Happy New Year everyone!

When I'm in the situations that you're demonstrating here I have 100% realized how bad people are at tracking. Even if you just go into a DM and strafe people can't hit you at all. The main issue I'm having right now is getting pre-fired when I feel like I'm holding off angles or jiggling for info at (what I thought was) a strong position.

I'm still very new to the game (about 60 total games) so I know it's just an experience difference, but for the life of me I just can not figure out how to position (especially on defense or for info gathering) to not just get pre-fired. 😢

Watched some of Woohoohin's old movement videos to refresh myself... Get recommended this one. It's amazing how good Hooj's content and coaching was. It's highly missed. Just this old video helped me as I've improved a lot since I first saw this and understand this a lot better.

lmao I remember this experience, when I first played plat I thought it was full of aim demons because all the common spots I peeked or held would just be a 1 tap.
