I love that you give weight measurements. It's much easier to precisely achieve results when you use weight-based measurements (as opposed to cup/spoon measures).

Joe, try removing the Chaffle to a cooling rack. It allows them to cool without condensation and they stay crisp.

I have to season my savory chaffles. My Everything Bagel mix, pink Himalayan salt, carraway seed, Italian seasoning or sesame. Sometimes a combination.

Just made the sweet type waffle. It was great. I grate my own cheese, because the pre-grated has anti-caking agents in it. I just had the Monk fruit sweetener, not powdered, 2 teaspoons worked very well.

I made the sweet Chaffle this morning, this was the BEST Chaffle I have eaten yet!! I have been on Keto for over a year and I have made a lot of chaffles!! This one impressed me. If someone would have put it down in front of me and not said a word it was Keto, I wouldn’t know the difference! Thank you for this recipe!! I can see this being my go to dessert Chaffle and I think it would make a delicious breakfast sandwich too!! Thanks so much!!!!

Started my day off with breakfast chaffle waffles. I only had unblanched almond flour and I substituted psyllium husk for the gum and it was straight up waffles. Exactly what I needed to kick start my second keto day! Thanks Joe!

Sweet chaffles are so much better with coconut flour instead of almond flour. Also cream cheese instead of mozzarella with cinnamon

Yay! The fastest way to have burgers and sandwiches. Thank you so much. I tried your other bread but since I bake it instead of microwaving it takes my oven 35 minutes to cook it. This is super easy

We’re not big waffle eaters in Oz and traditionally they were an occasional desert treat but we made the almond flour ones for Mother’s Day breakfast and they were amazing. Fantastic with berries and cream. Yum. Thank you Joe

My fave sweet chaffle is a pumpkin one. I add a tbsp of pumpkin, about a tbsp of swerve, a tsp of cinnamon, a half tsp of allspice, nutmeg and ginger, and a quarter tsp of clove to a sweet batter. (I typically use 1tbsp of coconut flour or 1 tbsp of almond flour to a sweet batter). It's super delicious. Even with mozzarella, it's still sweet and not at all savory.
