Chaffles: only 3 ingredients keto/carnivore waffles

2 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp fat (butter, ghee, or pork lard)

Mix all ingredients. Cook by your waffle maker's instruction.

Tip: take an easy melted cheese as a base and add other cheese to taste. I have smoked gouda and parmesan here.

I eat it with the cod liver. Perfetto!

Making my first ever chaffles. 2 parts cheddar, 1 part parm, 3 eggs cuz I had a little too much cheese 😊
